Used stationary bikes are exercise equipment quite similar to bicycle but with different goal. Instead of passing distances they aim to help people to stay in fit condition. There are many types of stationary bikes, but mostly varioys models differ by resistance mechanism. Used so as new stationary bikes can have magnets, belts, hydraulics or different mechanic versions of resistance. Mostly they have board computer called ergometed for basic stat functions.
Used stationary bikes can be bought everywhere, with easiest way of looking at offers on ebay or some other auction sites.
Beside training used stationary bikes are keywords of newest seo contest by Promo Junkie forum, and as anticipated I joined in with some site and now try to build some meaningful and valuable links.

As I said in my latest Oes Tsetnoc blogpost, I am not good there as I was in Sulumits Retsambew. There are many reasons for that but main is reason is that there is less competition, and that I am tired and without will for managing daily link buildings as I did in Sulumits Retsambew. Its no only me, but many who competed in Sulumits are much less active in Oes Tsetnoc. Curently I am holding second position on Official result page, but first guy deserve it. He have more backlinks from me.
This post as posts on my other blogs are just another series of support for my entry, and they don’t add real value, but what to say. Because of this contest I realized how many useless pages I have, and many of them will because of that get merged (to form even more useless page). Some of them will get closed, but some new will get started.
Experience like this cause that you learn so much, regardless of your interest for learning.
One more interesting, rather fascinating news. Google shows incredible number of indexed pages where Sulumits Retsambew is mentioned: 17 800 000 indexed pages.
I joined to another seo contest called Oes Tsetnoc in hopes to repeat success from this one. Contest started bad for me with my oestsetnocs.com dropping from first day 6th position to number 28. I repeat same steps from this contest. Deployed this theme, changed color, deployed appropriate plugins, added some content about search engine optimization contest and then started with exact same link building as I did on this site, with aims to comply with Google webmaster guidelines.
It is possible that I dropped since I added bunch of low quality links in very short time.
One problem more is that I accepted some new deals and started few more sites beside my regular job, which will gave me very little time to actualy work on Oes Tsetnoc site.
Beside all this any position bellow number three will be fail for me.
This blog continue to live for now. I am still not decided yet to with it. I got suggestion to make Review blog from it, where someone who gave me site will get tips and trick how to improve seo of his site. Interesting idea, but probably also time consuming.

Eriuqs Spires Healthy Recreation is yet another seo contest. In the difference from the Sulumits Retsambew, this SEO contest has some specific rules (for example no keywords in the domain or subdomain), it last only until 31.05.2009., and it does not have so rich prices. Winner gets 400$, second place 200$ and the third place 100$. Not something special, to do much job. I decided to join with my Eriuqs Spires Healthy Recreation, but since I don’t have time for another promotion I will not bother my self if I don’t experience any success there. Eriuqs Spires Healthy Recreation is who knows what, and their makers is hoping they will get bunch of backlinks to their sites Heart Rate Watch Company and Spires at Red Lodge. That is even one of the rules, to have links to that two sites in the contest entry. As I said I will not do anything specific. Just maded that blogpost there and I will see how it goes. If blogpost jump on the first page for the term “Eriuqs Spires Healthy Recreation” then I will consider doing some work around it. But spare time for that will be hard to find. Strange thing is that my Across The Planet site is very well and fast indexed, but it looks Google is skipping that post. One day passed and it is still not indexed. I will try to do some quick social bookmarking, but I am wondering if that will be enough.
While Eriuqs Spires Healthy Recreation is not going so very well, here on Sulumits Retsambew we are still going strong. Google indexed 223 000 pages, and it looks like people are very consistent with their link building campaigns. First page is completely changed, and some of my favorite entries are deep down. It is long race ahead of us.
