Few more tips to add on:-
1. Choosing right domain with your main target keywords.
2. Use of kw’s within URL structure, but be aware not to Over stuff.
3. Content is King!
4. Build quality backlinks from authority sites only.
5. Proper use of Anchor Text for outgoing links.
6. Internal site linking structure.
