I just noticed that three contestants dropped from their great positions in just 2 days before the end of the Sulumits Retsambew contests.
Sulumits Retsambew Winner was kicked out from second position, Pedee from third and Kaboon from some position on top page. Strange things are that they are kicked from all serps. For example you can’t find them anywhere on Google on any term related to Sulumits Retsambew. For example you can type pedeee.com sulumits retsambew and you will get Sunita entry. Same thing is for other two websites. So what can be reasons for this? (more…)
Sulumits Retsambew is now at almost of the end of its journey. I said million times how I am looking forward to it. As I said I am very bothered and all of my other web sites are having though times because all my time is forwarded to this one site. My adsense earnings dropped significantly since the beginning of Sulumits Retsambew seo contest.
Anyway there is no serious news since the last blog update. Except Google is now constantly showing us 675k results. No more those millions 
. Sunita went to scary 26k backlinks since the beginning of the contest and I am closing to my goal of 20k.
I am stopping active link building. In these last few days most of my fresh backlinks will be from my forum posting and signatures. I am wondering how much those mean for ranking. I managed to get few banner backlinks so I have now some images linking to this entry. Few days before the end I will release this template for download. So maybe someone want to use it for future contests. Also I will start step by step story (How I Did It) in the series of blogposts or maybe just one large blogpost.
It looks that because of often talk about Opera, Google decided that Sulumits Retsambew is somehow little bit related to Opera browser. Maybe because of that my Opera Sulumits Retsambew Blog is advancing like a crazy. I don’t know where was my blog positioned but after little bit optimization it went to position 29. After that I posted few blogposts and it went to 24. I again posted few posts and managed to get few backlinks and Opera Sulumits Retsambew went to number 19. In that moment I really got impressed especially because I can not do onpage seo for Opera blogs and I gave it link on this blog and it went to number 14. What is next? I decided that main goal is to bring another page of mine to frontpage, lets see can I achieve that 
. Doubt that 2k backlink and maybe 300 with Sulumits Retsambew anchor will help that. I should think something to get more relevant to our keyword, maybe to post two posts per day?
Everybody knows what Sitemap is. Sitemap is basically list of all pages on one site that are available to user or robot crawler. There are two types of sitemaps. One is standard html view of all pages, which help your visitors (also search engines) to find your content pages
Other types of sitemaps are xml sitemaps (just for search engines). This sitemaps are introduced by Google so site developers can publish list of their site pages and with that help crawlers to find them and index them all.

Well, as you all probably noticed, I become very inactive in this contest, so as the most of contestants. That is very strange since its logical that people start working harder as end is nearer. We have little bit more then month, until contest ends. Now its time to do some tactics and plans, to keep this place at number one. Google certainly kept me at the top because (by my opinion) this entry is the most relevant one. Proof that many contestants dropped out of contest are that traffic to this site dropped siginificantly for Sulumits Retsambew. We have maybe 70 UV daily and most of them are coming for my wordpress and iframe worms topics. (more…)
I noticed few days ago that my keyboard enter key does not work in Google search bar from my Opera browser. I researched little bit, and here is what I found.
Google added recently some new features to its search. But some of them like “query suggestion” have broken Javascript in them, so it stop enter functionality. Strange thing is that Google give one version of javascript to Firefox and another to Opera. If you mask Opera as Firefox everything will work, what gives me idea that Google maybe want to steal some of Opera browser users to their Chrome, but maybe I am just paranoic.
However don’t switch to another browser , here is workaround until Google resolve this issue.
Go to google site you use, then click on “preferences” and under “Query Suggestions” section select “Do not provide query suggestions in the search box.” and save the Preferences.
After that your enter will work as supposed to work.
There is another fix in the form of User JS. I did not test it but people say it works too.
