Yesterday at 28.05.2009, sooner then expected Google page rank update happened. It went very bad for me. Two of my important sites loosed page rank, others stayed on same level. Most important Sulumits Retsambew did not get page rank. We are still at the zero. Compared to other Sulumits this is catastrophe since they got PR 1 or PR 2 in most cases. However we are still in the first place which proves that Google don’t count PR so much in rankings and that Google algorithms are great since most relevant Sulumits are still on the first two positions. Strange things are that some pages that I worked on 10 days ago for some people went to PR 1 with less then 50 backlinks, and this Sulumit of mine with over 7k backlinks did not advanced. I can’t believe that I maybe did something wrong, since I played by the Google Webmaster Guidelines. Very strange.
15 days ago, lightning stroked and my LAN went down, and naturally my internet connection. I was two days without internet but I repair it somehow. Then I decided to buy new ADSL internet connection to have backup.
First day I got it, electricity went down, and came late evening. I thought it is over now.
But not! Two days after – phone company decided that they need to change main cable through my part of the city and internet went down again, since my ADSL and LAN have source in the same quart just a two different phone lines, my backup was ruined. This time I was offline again for two days.
I again thought that problems are finally over, but then bad luck strikes again!
Yesterday my 20” Samsung BW stopped working. I was crazy all day and eagerly sent it today on warranty. Now I am again in café, waiting for my friend to come home to borrow his old 17” CRT.
I am wondering what is next. I doubt on my HDD it giving some strange sounds 
Going now, I just wanted to share this with people who will probably understand this madness.
We are in big problems. For at least another 3 days I will not have time to do some larger work on my Sulumits Retsambew and we are continued to drop down the serps. However I am not sure is that the real problem. To hell I am not sure what the problem is, if there is any. It looks Google just simply stopped to love us or is he just playing with us. Our entry is second by the amount of backlinks, first is Sunita and it she is also still down. Biz entry is holding the first position, but he have 5th or 6th amount of backlinks, so if he drops too then I predict we all will be back on the top before 01.06. 2009. Maybe Google is only giving chance to other entries, after which they will watch on backlinks they get. Or Google is consider that we are spamming with backlinks? (more…)
